It covers all engagements and interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners, focusing on the conversion of demand into value via IT-enabled services.

It will provide you with the tools to increase stakeholder satisfaction by co-creating value which is integral to business success in the modern service economy.

In order to achieve your ITIL 4 qualification, you must pass the ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value exam. You can take the exam online (virtually) using a service provided by PeopleCert.

When you have completed this course, you will be ready to start preparing for the ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value exam. To support you with this, this eLearning course contains a practice exam that will simulate the conditions of the real thing.
