In order to achieve your ITIL 4 qualification, you must pass the ITIL 4 Specialist High Velocity IT exam. You can take the exam online (virtually) using a service provided by PeopleCert.
When you have completed this course, you will be ready to start preparing for the ITIL 4 Specialist High Velocity IT exam. To support you with this, this eLearning course contains a practice exam that will simulate the conditions of the real thing.

Exam Details:
Exam duration is 90 minutes, 40 questions with a 70% pass mark (28/40). Students must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation and have completed the course before requesting the exam voucher. Exam format is Closed book, multiple choice.
