Course Description

Although the exam(s) associated with this course has been retired by Microsoft, this course still retains value as a training resource & learners will receive a certificate of completion after completing the course.

This intermediate Microsoft Networking with Windows Server 2016 online course covers the objectives in the 70-741 exam — the second of three exams required to earn the MCSA: Windows Server 2016 certification.

MCSA: Server 2016 is broken into three exams that mirror the three stages of implementing Server 2016 in an enterprise environment. This 70-741 training covers networking with Windows Server 2016. This Server 2016 course not only covers the management of Microsoft software-defined networking products like Hyper-V Network Virtualization (HNV) and Network Controller, but also foundational networking topics.

Once you're done with this Microsoft skills training, you'll know how to implement DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, network connectivity and remote access solutions, and core and distributed network solutions. By completing this 70-741 training, systems administrators will prove they're ready to implement an advanced network infrastructure.

For anyone who manages their Microsoft training, this Server 2016 training can be used for 70-741 exam prep, on-boarding new systems administrators, or as part of a team training plan.

Learning Objective

For any systems administrator using this training for exam preparation, our MCSA: Windows Server 2016 course maps to the Microsoft 70-741 exams objectives, and covers topics including:
