In order to achieve your ITIL Planning, Protection and Optimisation course (PPO) qualification, you must pass the ITIL PPO exam. You can take the exam online (virtually) using a service provided by PeopleCert.

When you have completed this course, you will be ready to start preparing for the ITIL PPO exam. To support you with this, this eLearning course contains a practice exam that will simulate the conditions of the real thing.
